[Mapserver-users] demo-problem

Hi All        Thanx everybody with your support i am finally able to install mapserver but there is a problem with demo application.
          I have executed the demo application. While the first page
http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv  is running fine, when i trigger the
initialise button it says

Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete 
your
request. 
Error message: 
Premature end of script headers: mapserv 
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster 
Error 500

Apache/2.0.40 (Red Hat Linux) 
                        I wonder what is the reason for this (I should mention here that i am using gd-2.0.12gif ).please help
