If you look at the query string, I'm willing to bet it doesn't have:
imgext=-878484.262963+5196866.985682+1014366.106565+6615773.719472

(or anything involving imgext)

Without that parameter, you will get the error you mention.  Adding this to
your client template should fix it:
<input type="hidden" name="imgext" value="[mapext]">
