[Mapserver-users] Can't seem to get the projection correct

Daniel & Ed, you were right on.  "UNITS dd" was the culprit.

Okay, I'm set up and perfect.  Everything is lovely.  Thanks to everyone for
their input today.  I'm a happy man.
