>From what I understood of Steve's mail, when polygons are added to
shadows in 3.7 that would be easy to achieve. In 3.6 you could generate
a displaced polygon in ArcView or the like and paint it in gray... :-)
You could automate the process with mapscript if there are many
polygons.
