[Mapserver-users] Troubles with shapefiles

Hello, I've got a problem using mapserver:
I've to insert a .shp file in my postgis db. I use shp2pgsql to create a
.psql file then, when I go to insert it in my database, it gives me the
following error:

It creates all the tables in db, but not populate it.
On what may be due to?
