[Mapserver-users] Premature end of script headers?

I've startd getting this error:

Server error!

     The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete 
your request.

     Error message:
     Premature end of script headers: mapserv
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

and I guess I don't know what it means.  has anyone else seen this or 
have a clue they could give me?
