Does your cgi-bin directory (where mapserv.exe is) in IIS have execute
permissions?

Dear Sirs,
I am working with GIS and DB and VB 
I found your mapserv is very usefull.
I installed it in my computer in work and it worked very good. (perfect)

I copied the same files to my comupter in my home and put them in same
directories. I did every thing the same
But, I receive a warrning message (open, save, cancel,help) for running
mapserv.exe 
and after that I hve got a message to select a program to open mapserv.exe
with

Please kindly help me if possible for setting my IIS
