How I make to make this passing for parameters in the URL for the =
MapServer?=20
  I have the following situation, the center of the map is latitude -23 =
and longitude -46 and that to insert a point in latitude -23,55 and =
longitude -46.46 the imgext=3D-47 -24 -45 -22.=20

How I can insert this point?
