[Mapserver-users] Dynamic points

With mapserver (a web mapping application) the map is created from
scratch with each web request.  Unless your layers have a STATUS of
DEFAULT they need to be turned ON each time.  So your dynamic points
will be lost/cleared automatically or re-filled with your new query
results.
