User Contributed Utilities 

Members of the MapServer-Users list are encouraged to submit utilities
of general interest to MapServer application developers. To save on
bandwidth, submissions should be made to "ms-applications at
lists.gis.umn.edu" rather than the list. We will then add the submission
to the utility archive and announce its availability to the list.

We've had to go to providing e-mails as you see here to thwart harvesters. If 
that doesn't work, send me an e-mail.
