Hi all,
  there is WMS/WFS Test engine: http://cite.occamlab.com/tsOGC
Unfortunately OGC member username and password is required.

Also GML validator is at: http://cite.occamlab.com/gmlTools (free access)

Theese tools may provide our mapserver WMS/WFS site validation :)
