[Mapserver-users] help with annotations

I include these as multiple point layers in the shapefile.  Makes it a 
lot easier, especially if you want to isolate one set of values.

Take a look at http://mesonet.tamu.edu/currentwx.html (providing the 
campus network is feeling any better after a hardware crash).
