So in linux here you got my web definition:

WEB
  TEMPLATE uru.html
  IMAGEPATH "/var/www/html/tmp/"
  IMAGEURL "/tmp/"
END

IMGEPATH must be absolute and IMGEURL relative to HTTPROOT of your
apache.
