I'd like to thank everyone who helped me.  I'm getting better and better
with this whole GIS stuff.  You can now see my completed demo @

My next step is to incorporate data from a .dbf file into the coloring
scheme of the parcels.  Any ideas where to start?  I'd also like to
create a pop-up window that returns owner information for parcels.  Any
ideas for that would also be greatly appreciated.
