Flash example compatibility

Hi I would like to ask if the Flash example on the
website is able to work with Mapserver Windows Binary
Version 4.0.1
I have tried downloading and opening it but it takes a
long time to load and then it gives an error page
could not be loaded
I did a mapserv40.exe -v in command prompt and I saw
that the outputs include SWF(the flash output
extension)
