mapfile - REQUIRES

Although this works, it doesn't do what I expect.

I have a record that falls in wells and in rasterlogs. If I take out the requires, then two records are brought back by the query. I only want to query the rasterlogs layer if wells is turned off. With that REQUIRES, it still returns two records, when it should only return one.

Any suggestions?

Try using
   REQUIRES "![wells]"
