Oh right :$ But the problem still exists.

Instead of appearing in London, the symbol now appears 53 pixels from the
top and 0 pixels from the left side of the image. It still doesn't represent
the absolute degree position, but image pixels.

I also tried to change the units of the layer to DD but it didn't help either.
