distorted map

Hello

I wanted to display a map of spain using MapServer, but got somewhat distorted
map. The map is exported from MapInfo with shapefile format. I figure I might
be the projection problem, but I don't know anything about projection. I tried
some different parameters, but they didn't work. The Information about the
shapefile is as follows:

Can anybody tell me what parameters do I need to use for projection, or if it is
