Mapserver 4.4 timing out ( Windows Binaries )

Hi Jim,

I believe the 4.4 mapserv.exe is around 3.7 MB.  I would download it
again: either by itself
(http://www.maptools.org/php_mapscript/index.phtml?page=downloads.html)
or in the MS4W base package
(http://www.maptools.org/ms4w/index.phtml?page=downloads.html).
