Does the 4.4.0 windows binary really support SWF?

Thank you for the pointer. However, I am not sure I entirely understand.
Does MapServer only support image (GDAL) output at the moment, that is,
PDF and SWF are not supported? Is it only the precompiled windows binary
that does not support these formats or is it in general not possible to
enable support for non-image output?
