[Mapserver-users] Images in the Template File

Your templates aren't in your web-server most likely.  If they are, they
(IMO) shouldn't be.

So le'ts assume they aren't.  Saying you can open the template and the
arrow images show up says to me that your images are in your template
folder.  This won't work.  Those images need to be in your web server.
The browser must be able to pull those images from a given URL address.
