[Mapserver-users] 24bit Raster Image

Tyler et al,

FYI: Updated binary packages for Win32 are available at
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/win32binaries.html.  I updated version
4.0.1 to fix bug #504 mentioned by Frank a week or so ago.  For those
who prefer to stay with 3.6 at this time, 3.6.7 is available.

I hope I didn't screw up anything.
