Thx for your fast reply,
If I make a mistake in the CONNECTION or DATA, I get the same error !
It's weird I can get an image with shp2img with the same mapfile but not
with mapserver on the web server.
The OCI is in the path and IUSR_ have access to it.
Thx for the info about MS_ERRORFILE but is "stderr" suppose to be a file??

What happens if you make a mistake in the DATA part, e.g. a non-existent
table? What kind of error message do you get then, normally you would get
an ORA message, but if it cannot make the connection at all, there must be
something wrong at the connection level. But just to rule out things.
Is the OCI library in the path?
