I have been reading the CGI reference and the docs indicate that you can
change most paramters of the map file from the command line. My question
can you change the SIZE & IMAGE of the reference map from the command
line.

I have an app and I want to build a thumbnail of the reference at a
smaller size - I do not really want to build a new map file if I can
avoid it. So I need to pass the SIZE and the IMAGE to the CGI - I have
tried various options but cannot seem to get it sorted I tried this:

&reference_size=3D100+100&reference_image=3Dd:\image\ref100.png
=20
However it did not change. Can this be done? What are the variables?
