[Mapserver-users] Q: ArcIMS style dynamic layers

Bob:
 You must include all the layers in the .map file, but only the ones you
always want with STATUS DEFAULT, the others ones may be turned on by
adding layer=LAYER_NAME to the cgi query  parameters.
