[Mapserver-users] Filtering with SLD again...

Thanks to Assefa Yewondwossen and Tom Kralidis for the help so far... I have
the SLD filtering working now.

Now I come to a second question.  When there are many features to filter on
the SLD bloats up quite fast.  Does mapserver support the following filter
syntax?  (from the SLD spec).   I have tried it and it and all it did was
style all points on the filtered layer with the symbolizer that I specified
for the filter.

<Filter>
  <FeatureId fid="TREESA_1M.1234" />
  <FeatureId fid="TREESA_1M.5678" />
</Filter>

I tried using the ogrinfo.exe to filter by fid to ensure that I had the
mapfile and ovf file setup correctly and I was able to display a single
feature successfully.  (ogrinfo.exe -ro -al -fid 100080
D:\SpatialData\Properties\Properties.ovf)
