Here's the mapserver error in Firefox:
mapserv(): Web application error. Query mode needs a point, imgxy and mapxy
are not set. 

And this is the URL that resulted in that error:

That's after I moved the hidden form items imgxy and mapxy to the end of the
form.

Any other ideas?
