[Mapserver-users] compiling error

Hello list,

I just downloaded mapserver 4.2 beta. I don't have GDAL installed so compiling fails on mapwcs.c.

I took a look at this file and it is including two files specific to GDAL. gdal.h and cpl_string.h

I believe there should be a IFDEF here. For now I just installed GDAL, but I would like to see this fixed before the release.
