[Mapserver-users] Installation problem

If I try you solution I  get this message:

checking for location of config.h or php_config.h...
configure: error:
!!! Could not find config.h or php_config.h in
/usr/local.          !!!
!!! Has PHP been configured yet?                      
               !!!
