Query works but QUERYMAP is Not Scaled - that's the problem

My apologies: I have determined that the query is displaying the selected
parcel as long as it is selected near the center of the original map image.
This is because the original map is not being scaled to fit the querymap
that is displayed - this is my real problem.

Any suggestions on how to get the map that is queried automatically scaled
down to the size of the querymap?
