Statistical Maps

Thank you for you reply, what I want to do is to creat Bar and Pie chart of data over the polygon layer so that in viewing one will see the Bar/Pie chart per polygon. I have OWTchart but does not know how to use it. Could you help me out if it is possible for the the charts
