pyims facade and ArcIMS packets

Not 100% MapServer, but I saw
http://users.frii.com/sgillies/projects/pyims.html and thought, some
might be able to create some kind of ArcIMS to MapServer proxy server
or similar module, or a newer facade.

I monitored the packets coming from ArcIMS, interesting stuff:
