Still on Example 1.9

Hi Everyone
I am new to Mapserver and I have just downloaded the
Tutorial (Mapserver 4.0)
I could see the static map but not the dynamic one,
there was 'Submit query' displayed in the box where
the dynamic map was suppose to be displayed.
I have a feeling the mapfil is alright since I was
able to see the static map but I could not figure out
what was wrong with the html file.
I hope someone can help me out.
