Displaying Mapinfo text layer with rotation

Hi Tamas

see the MapInfo Example under http://umn.mapserver.ch/ (i.e. the layer 
house numbers).

such as:

CONNECTIONTYPE OGR
CONNECTION "..\data\housenr.TAB"
LABELITEM "OGR:LabelText"
LABELANGLEITEM "OGR:LabelAngle"

and for scaling:
MINSCALE 0
MAXSCALE 2000
SYMBOLSCALE 1500
