edge problems in shp

Hello!

I created my own .shp by wintopo, all was ok, to the moment when I make
the map file, and map serwer project this files.
The curves is bad projection, for example I make the screen form
open_fw where all is ok, the files are good showing.
Could anybody tell me what I break down?!?!  How I can fix it?!?!
