Cache of WFS GML files

Which version of MapServer are you using? The current release (4.4)
creates a hash with the WFS GetFeature URL and uses that as the filename
(instead of using the whole URL like older versions did). If there is a
case where it doesn't do the right thing then please let us know via a bug.
