shp2tile version 1.2 released

Hi all,

I just released shp2tile version 1.2. You can get it from:

This is primarily a bug fix release. A few people have had a minor 
problem with the newer version of gcc. I also updated the README doc 
with some information on how to decide how big or small you should make 
your tiles.

As always, please send me email if you find a problem or if you have a 
problem installing it.
