The canonical URL for this is now <http://ms.gis.umn.edu/new_users/>.
Also, for those interested, I have put Tyler and Jeff's excellent
"Vector Data Access Guide" up on the site at
<http://ms.gis.umn.edu/docs/reference/vector_data/introduction>.
There's still some work to be done, but it's looking pretty good.
