Empty map with MapInfo files (Mif/Mid) and OGR

Hello,

I found the answer by myself

Well the problem was not about the Mapinfo files but, as alleged in an
other message of this list, about the EXTENT and PROJECTION parameters in
the .map file that were wrong.
