My getLayerByName doesn't work

Dear All,

I am trying to use the code from
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?PHPMapScriptAddPoint

to generate a dynamic point. But everytime I hit the

$layer = $map->getLayerByName('INLINE');

I get a segmentation fault.

Any suggestions ?
