join some shape files

Hi list, 
sorry if this is a FAQ but it's an hour I'm looking for an answer
goggling in the net.
I have some shp file with the same structure for dbf and it seems to
me more convenient to manage them with an unique shp and different
labels format.

With tool I can use to join these shp file? I use debian.
