Int'l Address Geocoder?

Hi Dan,

Oracle 10g (Enterprise Edition with Spatial option) includes a Geocoder with 
international capability.  Getting data for it is a bit tricky though with 
NAVTEQ being one of the few suppliers selling data in the "Oracle Ready" 
format.  Of course you can always build it yourself!
