error when connecting to demo

OK - i figured out that

WMS_ACCESSCONSTRAINTS none

should be

WMS_ACCESSCONSTRAINTS "none"

That should probably be changed in the .zip archive.  After a bit of 
jiggling with the index.html file it is all working.
