Mapserver - Browse Mode

Hi

I have setup the latest mapserver (version 4.6) on a
RHE Linux box.

The demo works fine in Map mode but no success with
the Browser mode. All I get is the text'Submit Query'
in the picture box.

Any idea where am I going wrong?
