Possible Proxy Server problem

Bart,

Setting http_proxy in the environment didn't work.  I'll see if I can get
someone with permission to change the httpd.conf.

I'm not entirely sure the fire wall is to blame.  All I know is that the
map file works on a machine without a fire wall.
