How to enable SLD in Mapserver?

SUPPORTS=PROJ SUPPORTS=FREETYPE SUPPORTS=WMS_SERVER SUPPORTS=WMS_CLIENT
SUPPORTS=WFS_SERVER SUPPORTS=WFS_CLIENT INPUT=OGR INPUT=GDAL INPUT=SHAPEFILE
