On browser refresh the calculation of the mapsize fails and is submitted 
to mapserser as NaN. I have no idea why the files are (most likely) 
loaded in a different order on browser refresh so that MapWidth and 
MapHeight are not calculateted when the mapserver form is first 
submitted. I will look into it and maybe there is a way around this error.
