grass vectors in Mapserver

Hi all.
The announce has alreay been sent - sorry for the repetition, but somebody 
seems to have missed it. Now GRASS vectors can be read through GDAL by 
Mapserver and other programs.

GRASS driver in OGR can read GRASS (version 6.0 and higher) vector maps.

The driver is available in GDAL 1.3.1.
