Using WMS time dimension with rasters?

Hi There,

  I added the substitution for tileindex. I was a minor change I could 
not figure why it was not added.

  I added a bug to track the change if any problem 
(http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1497).
