Mr SID support into PHP mapscript

GDAL can handle MrSIDs if you download the development library.  You might 
look at http://www.remotesensing.org/gdal for more about how to set that 
up.

Once GDAL is compiled with MrSID support, All of the Mapserver raster 
support will be available on MrSIDs.
